Rest assured, if you order the wrong items, don't like the model, or just don't need it anymore we accept returns with NO restocking fees. Whether you want something different or just a credit, we have you covered! This policy goes hand in hand with our company culture of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

• Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from invoice date.
• Item(s) must be received in original condition preferably in the same packing materials.
• Item(s) should be securely packed for safe return.
• The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs and insurance.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
An RMA has to be issued before a return will be processed. All refused packages will be treated as an Return for credit. ALL RMA requests should be emailed to thomtech4u@gmail.com.
If you are returning for a refund please allow 15 business days for a credit to be processed.

Warranty repairs & exchanges
All items have at least a 90 day warranty unless the product description says otherwise. If a repair or replacement isn't possible then a refund will be given.

Shipping Damage:
If an item appears to have been physically damaged in shipping we will need to file a claim with our carrier, the original box is required, don't discard any of the original packaging. If the original packing materials aren't available the carrier won't be able to process any claims and no returns will be accepted.

All products are refurbished/used unless otherwise stated.

Sales Tax

As required by federal law we charge sales tax in most states. If you are a non-profit or a re-seller please email your signed Sales Tax Certificate to your sales rep or send it to thomtech4u@gmail.com. If you have already placed an order, put your order number on the bottom or the subject line and you will be happy to credit the tax back to you. 

Shipping 

Products usually ship within two business days after payment. If you have a rush order, or need an item delivered on Saturday please call to request faster shipping.
All products are shipped and delivered on business days.. 

Fixed / Free Shipping offer does not apply to items shipped on Pallets, please call for rates on those items. Free shipping offers only apply to the continental US. 

Shipping damage

If an item is damaged in shipping please contact us to setup a carrier damage claim. Pictures and or a carrier inspection may be required and if available a replacement shipment will be setup. Please do not discard any packaging materials.

Software

Our refurbished computers may or may not come with software as a base configuration, please check the product specs and details for more information. We are a Microsoft Registered Refurbisher and offer several operating systems as add on options on most computers. You can select this in the dropdown options section for it to be included or call for assistance with making your selections. The OS price includes the cost of the OS as well as our service fee to install it & load drivers. Linux is also an option on some computers, the small service fee included for our trained technicians to load the OS and setup drivers. Other software and custom images can also be loaded on bulk PC packages, call for options and cost.

Payments

Credit cards payments are captured when your item ships unless it is a special order item. We do accept CashApp as a form of payment.  You can sent your cash app payment to: $ThomTech4u.  We don't accept Paypal payments. 

Chargebacks: There is a $50 charge for any bounced or canceled checks and canceled credit card authorizations! The purchaser is responsible for all collection charges involved with collecting on bad or canceled credit cards and checks as well as on any upaid invoices or balances due. 

You must be at least 18 years of age to order.

Limitation of Liability
Thompson Technologies, LLC: ThomTech4u.com (including its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and permitted assigns thereof) do not accept liability for any damages including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, injury, loss of business, loss of data, loss of software or the provision of services and support. Thompson Technologies. will not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or any claim by any third party. You agree that for any liability related to the purchase of product, Thompson Technologies (including its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and permitted assigns thereof) are not liable or responsible for any damages above the amount invoiced by Thompson Technologies. for the said product or service.

If Customer makes any claims against ThomTech4u.com, or Thompson Technologies, LLC., Customer agrees that the venue for such claims will be in Hinds County, Jackson, MS, USA.
